Camping Women 2004

These three women are probably relief workers who have come to help out at the refugee camp. However, the Sudanese we showed these paintings to did not remember them as helpful figures.

These must be the tents of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), that is, a protected area. Protection camp is where people who need resettlement live. They will never take you back to where you have problems.
