Robin Feuer Miller, Ph.D. is also the Edytha Macy Gross Professor of Humanities in the Department of German, Russian, and Asian Languages and Literature. Robin's expertise is in the novel in Russia and Europe of the nineteenth century; the short story in Russian; and the literature of childhood. She teaches classes on Dickens and Dostoevsky, Chekhov, and Tolstoy. You can read more about her scholarship here.

As Senior Advisor, Robin is responsible for catalyzing the success of contract and tenure track faculty, enhancing faculty diversity, and working in collaboration with the Provost's Steering Committee on Campus Diversity Issues to advance diversity initiatives throughout the University. In addition, Robin is the faculty liaison to both the Rose Art Museum and to the libraries, and evaluates the function of interdepartmental programs in the School of Arts and Sciences for the Strategic Plan.
