• collecting personal narratives of the experiences and challenges of co-existence and diversity at Brandeis;
  
• provoking dialogue and discussion among students and faculty.

• analyzing the undergraduate curriculum and adding courses, where necessary, to diversify it;
  
• developing a set of materials that faculty in different schools can use in their courses;
  
• identifying the funding for and constructing a proposal to endow a faculty seminar that would center on curricular transformation.
