A positive reaffirmation of our many strengths

In November 2006, Brandeis University hosted a reaccreditation visiting team from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), chaired by President John Sexton of New York University.

The team submitted a very positive and constructive report, which was reviewed by NEASC’s Commission on Institutions of Higher Education, chaired by Dr. Judith Gordon of Boston College. The Commission has reaffirmed Brandeis University’s accreditation and scheduled the next comprehensive decadal evaluation for fall 2016. To learn more, read the Sexton team’s report, as well as Dr. Gordon’s letter, which summarizes the findings of the NEASC Commission on Institutions of Higher Education.
