The Maurice and Marilyn Cohen Center for Modern Jewish Studies is a multidisciplinary research center dedicated to the social scientific study of contemporary Jewry. The Fisher-Bernstein Institute for Jewish Philanthropy and Leadership brings academic expertise to the study and practice of fundraising, philanthropy and leadership in the American Jewish community. Steinhardt Social Research Institute
The Steinhardt Social Research Institute was established at Brandeis University in 2005 by a gift from Michael Steinhardt and the Jewish Life Network/Steinhardt Foundation. The institute collects and analyzes statistical data about the U.S. Jewish population. It also conducts methodological studies designed to create new paradigms for studying the Jewish community.

The Bernard G. and Rhoda G. Sarnat Center for the Study of Anti-Jewishness aims to foster an understanding of the causes, nature and consequences of anti-Jewish prejudice, as well as Jewish and non-Jewish responses in historical and contemporary perspectives.

Brandeis Genesis Institute
The mission of the Brandeis-Genesis Institute for Russian Jewry (BGI) is to galvanize the Russian-speaking Jewish community around the world by empowering young adults to actively engage in Jewish life, nurturing a cadre of effective communal professionals and strengthening the field of Russian Jewish studies. Principal activities of the institute include educational programs for undergraduate and high school students, seminars and fellowships for non-profit professionals, public events and academic conferences.
