Planning and Scheduling for Future Academic Years

This page is designed for administrators of academic departments to provide detailed information on submitting their department's class schedules, requesting block assignments and submitting University Bulletin revisions.

At the beginning of every academic year we ask departments and programs to start planning for the next academic year. The Schedule of Classes and University Bulletin have different deadlines, and we ask administrators to be aware of these deadlines while working with faculty in submitting updates.

We need detailed information for the 2012-13 Bulletin as well as the specific class scheduling for all courses to be offered in fall term 2012 and spring term 2013. See the planning calendar for detailed deadlines.
