Enrollment and Degree Verification
An Enrollment Verification Certificate can be presented to health insurance agencies, housing authorities, consumer product companies, banks, etc., when you are required to provide official evidence of enrollment at Brandeis University. To conveniently serve our students around the clock, Brandeis has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status.
Current Brandeis University Students (with an active UNet account)
- Start by following this link
- Enter UNet user name and password
- Enter addition identification information
- Select the appropriate enrollment period
- Click on "Obtain an Enrollment Certificate"
- Print your own Enrollment Verification Certificate
- This is a FREE service; You will NOT be charged a fee for using this service
Former Brandeis University students, enrolled since 1987, but who do not have a UNet account:
- Start by following this link
- Click on the appropriate Verification option
- Complete registration with the National Student Clearinghouse
- Follow on-screen instructions to request verification
- Be prepared to pay a $2.50 fee by entering your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card number
- Print your own Enrollment Verification Certificate
