Registration Tours must be scheduled a minimum of 3 weeks in advance, so that we can find the most appropriate docent for the needs of your group. Just contact the Education Department to arrange your visit. Hours Guided tours may be scheduled from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Self-guided tours may be scheduled during regular museum hours. Guided tours Guided visits are led by very knowledgeable volunteer docents and by members of the museum’s staff. The average tour lasts about one hour. Chaperones One chaperon for every 15 kids under the age of 16 is required for youth groups. Fees There is a $15 non-refundable processing fee for each group. In addition, visitors in a group are required to pay the $3 admission fee to the museum. Admission is free for seniors, children, students, and Brandeis community members. We accept payment in cash, check, money order and credit card. Cancellation policy Tour must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date and time of your tour in order to have your tour fee refunded. The $15 processing fee is not refundable. If you have a group (10 people or more) of colleagues, family members, book club associates, art lovers, or just some friends, with whom you would like to do something different, we can organize a docent tour just for you!
