Q: I pressed the Back button on my browser's toolbar and got a warning stating the page has expired. What do I do?

A: Using the Back button in sage may cause problems. We advise against using browser buttons. If you do receive an error that your page has expired, press the Home link at the top right hand corner of the sage header or press the Refresh button. This will return you to the SA Self Service menu.

Q: During what hours is sage available for use?

A: Sage is available seven days a week from 6:00am to 2:00am. There may be certain days and times the system will by unavailable for maintenance. The outages will be posted on the sage website banner.

Q: A popup window saying "You do not have access to this page! Use Maintain Security to add access to this page" is appearing. What does this mean? What do I need to do?

A: Sage is set to automatically close out windows that have been idle for 20 minutes. This message will pop up indicating that you have been timed out and thus lost access to the page. Close the pop up window and log back into sage if needed. To ensure account security, logout and quit your browser when you finish your sage transactions.
