Interoffice Envelopes
You should use the familiar harvest gold interoffice envelopes for most internal mailing needs. Exercise caution when using interoffice envelopes: cross out all previous markings and do not place new addresses between previous markings.
Addressing Interoffice or Campus Mail
To ensure proper delivery, campus mail requires a full name and address.
Care should be taken to write legibly (please type or print) when addressing campus mail. The address should follow the following format:
-
For Departments
Recipient's first and last name
Department name
Mailstop number -
For Undergraduate Students
Student's first and last name
Mailbox number
This includes interoffice envelopes, parcels, and packages--all items for internal distribution.
