The Prevention, Advocacy and Resource Center (PARC)

Providing a warm and welcoming space that is open to to anyone who has been impacted by sexual assault, sexual harassment dating/domestic violence, or stalking, as well as the supporters and friends of those impacted, the Prevention, Advocacy and Resource Center (PARC) is open for drop-ins Monday through Friday from noon to 5 p.m. during the academic year. Two trained Peer Advocates are available for confidential one-on-one conversations (available in English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin); support during the reporting processes to Title IX and/or the police; make connections to on- and off-campus resources; and offer self-care ideas. Meetings with professional advocates are available by appointment in addition to these drop-in hours. PARC also offers a library of trainings that can be requested by any member of the Brandeis community on topics such as Bystander Intervention, Supporting Survivors, and more.
