Brain Imaging Study of Resilience, Participant

We are conducting a research study at McLean Hospital to examine brain chemistry in people who have bounced back from trauma or adversity.

What's Involved
➢ 2 to 3 visits to McLean Hospital (total 6-8 hours)
➢ Computer testing and questionnaires
➢ Psychiatric interview
➢ Brain scanning using magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy

Who Can Participate
➢ Right-handed individuals between the ages of 20 and 50
➢ No history of head injury, neurological or psychiatric illness
➢ Able to read and speak English fluently
➢ No pacemakers, aneurysm clips, or other metallic objects in the head and upper body

Participants will be paid up to $200 for their time
