Purpose:
Our busy massage studio in Newton has an immediate opening for a bright, outgoing and friendly individual to join our team as a permanent part-time Sales/Client Service Specialist. The hours needed are Friday and Saturday from 4:30pm to 9:00pm, and 5:00pm-9:00pm Monday or Tuesday. Please do not apply if those times do not work for you. You must live within 8 miles of Newton and have reliable transportation.
There may be an opportunity to pick up more hours.
Skills/Duties:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Selling therapeutic massage services and memberships
- Booking appointments and checking clients in and out
- Answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience
- Troubleshooting any client or therapist related issues that may arise
- Maintaining our inviting studio atmosphere

Qualified candidates will ideally have at least one year of sales and customer service experience, be a team oriented thinker, and possess the ability to learn new computer software with ease.
