We’re hiring more Zirtual Assistants to add to our already marvellous team. You’ll be working with our customers—your clients—to help free their time and permit them to live the good life.

Skills:

• Internet/web savvy. That means you're up to date on everything from Uber cab to Airbnb, Google suite to Wordpress and know how to search the CRAP out of the inter-webs.
• Able to use deductive logic and work FAST on tasks ranging from research, to reservations, to scheduling.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong writing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Eager to help us expand on our screamin' awesome company culture.
• Personality for customer service
• Highly organized
• Have a computer
• Positive, fun and have a gosh-darn good sense of humor.

Also, EA and other type of office admin/assistant experience is a big PLUS. If you don’t have experience showing us that you are highly organized, detail-oriented and tell us about where you acquired those skills.

Duties:


You’ll be doing tasks that fall under three main categories:

—research
—reservations
—scheduling

Think: finding the best new tech gadgets, booking and planning travel, scheduling an appointment at a hairdressers, etc.
