Essay Contest Open to All Current College Students Now through December 1, 2012
This year's scholarship program will reward five current college students with nearly $10,000 in academic grants. The U.S. is currently experiencing a very challenging and volatile period in real estate because of a recession that has hit homeowners everywhere very hard. Many times volatile and uncertain times can give way to opportunity.
Applicants are asked to submit a minimum 800 word essay detailing creative solutions, programs and/or initiatives to stimulate the United States housing market, as well as to turn the foreclosure tide, what must a presidential candidate outline/promise to earn your vote? Feel free to include your very own original stimulus plan and/or ideas in your response, which can also be used to enhance existing platforms from candidates and/or other influential thought leaders.
Foreclosure.com has issued $27,000 in scholarship money to 15 college students nationwide since the program was introduced in 2009
