Hayes Barnard, CEO of Paramount Equity, built Paramount Equity with his two best friends and a small army of selfless people who were committed to helping families save money on the biggest expenses in their lives. The Hayes Barnard Paramount Equity Young Entrepreneur Scholarship, or Y.E.S., gives future entrepreneurs the opportunity to develop their ideas through higher education and help make a difference in the world.
Hayes started Paramount Equity Mortgage in 2003 in a small office in Roseville, California. There he and his friends eagerly waited for the phone to ring for the opportunity to help customers.
Each year, The Hayes Barnard Paramount Equity Young Entrepreneur Scholarship will award $12,000 to a student who best embodies the entrepreneurial spirit.
