In the event that you have a credit on your account/bill (CR) you will need to submit a refund form. Please read the Credit Balance Release Authorization as well.
Deadlines, restrictions, charges from the Nine Payment Plan, unsigned promissory notes and Payroll Deduction Agreements may delay your refund.
