Hours of Operation
- Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 11:00pm
- Friday and Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to midnight
- Sunday, 1:00pm to 8:00 p.m.
Prices for Gaming
- Billiards: $1 per hour
- Ping Pong: Students pay 25 cents to buy a ball, which becomes their property. Neither the Game Room nor Student Activities is responsible for damage or loss of the ping pong ball.
- Foosball: Students pay 50 cents to rent the ball, which must be returned.
- Air Hockey: $1 per game; operates on quarters only.
- Shuffle Board: $1 per hour
- Darts: $1 per hour
- Basketball: $1 per hour
- X-Box360, Wii, Playstation3: $1 per person per hour
Free and discounted play is available Fridays from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Usdan Game Room

Located near the dining hall in Usdan, the Game Room was created in the summer of 2004 due to a $122,000 rollover from Student Union. In 2003, after the money was found in the Student Union budget, students were asked to pull together proposals for what this student funding should be put towards. The ideas where then brought to a vote and brought in front of members of administration and students. The Game Room was the overwhelming winner.
During the summer of 2008, the Game Room saw heavy renovations in association with the creation of a new convenience sore in the dining hall of Usdan. The renovations have brought forth a tremendous opportunity to expand and update the equipment, and students will not be disappointed with the new look to the space.
The Game Room is overseen by an operations specialist in the Department of Student Activities. All questions about the pace should be addressed to that person.
Day-to-day activities of the Game Room are managed by the Student Service Bureau during the day and the Campus Center Team at night. While the service bureau provides its services while operating out of the Game Room, it also provides Game Room equipment for student use.
At night and on weekends, while the Campus Center Team is staffing the Game Room, providing game room services, and serving as an information hub for the Brandeis community utilizing the space.
