Movie Screening and Open Discussion: Waiting for Superman
According to the United States Secretary of Education, every 26 seconds a student gives up on school, resulting in over one million children ending their educations prematurely.

Snacks will be provided.

2012 MDA Muscle Walk
Join us for MDA’s Muscle Walk on Sunday, February 12, 2012, at the Natick Mall. The MDA Muscle Walk is the nation’s largest walk in support of individuals and families affected by a neuromuscular disease. The community and families are fighting back by coming together and creating hope for the children and adults with neuromuscular disease. The Muscle Walk promises to be a great time for the whole family! The Walk is a family-oriented gathering that is open and accessible to everyone – children, parents, grandparents, students, corporate teams, and everyone in between. You’ll enjoy good fellowship and much more.
Come be a part of MDA’s celebration as we band together and create hope in the battle against neuromuscular disease. Although the purpose of the event is to raise funds for the MDA, our mission is to also raise awareness of Muscular Dystrophy, and to get as many community members involved in our life-saving organization as possible. Please contact Breanne Gingerich at the Boston North MDA at (978) 720-2800 or visit www.musclewalkmda.org/bostonnorth2012 to register your team today! *Every team member that raises $100 or more will receive a 2012 Muscle Walk t-shirt.
