Transfer Student Housing
Incoming transfer students can request housing by completing the New Transfer Student Housing Application. Please submit the application July 1. On-Campus housing is not guaranteed for transfer students. Housing assignments will be sent out by the middle of July.New Transfer Students
Welcome new transfer students! We are excited for you to join our community at Brandeis. For the 2012 fall semester, we anticipate we will be able to offer on-campus housing to some transfer students who wish to live on-campus. Students will be housed based on their entering class year. Due to limited space on-campus, we cannot guarantee housing at this time for transfer students. Students entering Brandeis as sophomores may be housed in the Castle, East, North, Massell, or Rosenthal. Students entering as juniors or seniors may be housed in Charles River, the Village, or Ziv. Please see the quads section of our website for more information about the different quads.
Transfer students who wish to request on-campus housing must complete the New Transfer Student Housing Application. Please submit the application by July 1 for priority. Applications will be accepted until August 1. Students will begin receiving their housing assignments in the middle of July. Students may receive housing on a rolling basis, depending on available space. Priority for on-campus housing will be given to international and out of state students.

Students who require medical, psychological, or disability accommodations should complete a Need-Based Housing Request form and submit it to Community Living by December 10. Requests received after December 10 will still be accepted, but there may be a delay in reviewing the forms due to the volume of requests. A Medical Provider form must also be submitted with proper documentation to either the Health Center or Psychological Counseling Center depending on the nature of the request.
