Need Housing?

Still looking for housing? Check out Craigslist or the Brandeis Classifieds. Contact your department and ask for lists of current students or other new students who may be looking for roommates and places to live. Put your own ad on the Brandeis Classifieds. Most apartments are available either at mid-month or the first of the month, so plan to come a few days early and complete your search.

If you are looking for inexpensive interim housing, visit Hostels.com.  The hostels are located in the greater Boston area: all have kitchens, many have lounges & TVs, and some have activities planned. Prices range from $25-45 per night.

Welcome Graduate Students

Currently Brandeis does not provide housing for graduate students on-campus. We do have many resources available for helping students find off-campus housing, either close-by within the Waltham area, or easily accessible by public transportation within the broader Boston Metro community.

Information regarding off-campus housing can be found in the off-campus housing section of our Web site.

Graduate Student Affairs also has more information on off-campus housing options for Graduate Students.
