Welcome to 567 South Street

567 South Street is a sophomore apartment-style living option located next to Cappy's Pizza Parlor and conveniently located across from the Commuter Rail station. 567 South Street provides sophomores with an apartment style living arrangement set in an intimate and off-campus apartment style environment. With only 30 residents, 567 South Street provides Brandeis students the privacy associated with apartment style living, within close distance to the Brandeis main campus.

Staffing

• One Community Advisor (CA) resides in 567 South Street, and it is her role to provide support and connection to the residents within the 567 community.
• The Charles River Apartments Community Development Coordinator (CDC), a live-in full time professional staff member with an advanced degree, supervises the CA and manages the residence
• The Community Development Coordinator holds regular office hours in the quad office

Rooms

• Apartments in 576 include two bedroom and efficiencies.
• In a two bedroom apartment, each resident has a single room and there is a shared living area.
• Efficiency apartments are two person, single room apartments (no private bedrooms or living room).
• Each apartment has a bathroom and kitchen area.
• Each apartment joins large corridor style hallways, which helps to provide an open and collaborative community feel while the apartments maintain privacy for each building resident.
• Students are responsible for cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.

• Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven and cabinet space.
• Onsite coin laundry services within the building.
• Shuttle service (BranVan) to the Brandeis main campus.
