Tuesday, August 25 - Wednesday, August 26 - All returning students

This year we are trying to tackle early arrivals differently and we need your help! In Student Life, we have had to cut back on training days in an effort to minimize expenses. As a result, we need to be creative and utilize every minute we can. We are asking student groups to do the same. Therefore, if you need to arrive for a specified reason, please limit the number of people to only essential arrivals. We understand there are some organizations that absolutely need to be here to help with opening Sunday.  If you are one of these organizations please email us with the following information:

We will review your request and get back to you ideally, by May 8th, so you may make your travel plans early.

Please, submit only the information of the people that must be here prior to opening, Sunday, August 23rd. If you feel you need to train your members prior to the beginning of classes, you might want to consider doing some of the training before we close on Saturday, May 9th . If there is additional time needed, please contact our office and we can brainstorm other options. We open the residence halls for returning students on Tuesday, August 25th . You may also use that day and Wednesday, August 26 th for training days. Thank you for your support and understanding!
