Elba - As the Program Coordinator for the Intercultural Center, Elba's role is to provide guidance and support to all of the ICC clubs and organizations, in addition to developing programs and events surrounding cultural and diversity awareness. She is passionate about educating college students on the importance of appreciating unique aspects of every person they meet or will meet in their lifetime. The world is comprised of almost 7 billion people from different walks of life and each person brings amazing attributes to the table. Her goal in life is to always continue to educate herself and educate others.

Tiffany - Tiffany was born and raised in MA and currently resides in Boston. In 2006, she graduated from Bryn Mawr College after studying Political Science, Mathematics, and Education. Tiffany's career path has included serving with City Year in Philadelphia, beginning her teaching career with Teach for America in Camden, NJ, and six years of teaching math and special education at the middle and high school level in both traditional public and charter schools. Prior to teaching, Tiffany was the Program Coordinator at Champions of Caring, a non-profit that empowers youth to work for positive change in their communities. Tiffany has a passion for education, social justice, and politics.

ICC Programming Board - Vicky, Lina, and Jung work closely with Monique to oversee all the ICC clubs on campus. Working both behind the scene and directly with club leaders, they provide guidance and and support, as well as training future ICC leaders through the ICC Rep Leadership Program.

ICC Staff - Max Xu - Team Leader - One day, Max Xu somehow found himself in the position of ICC Student Staff Leader for the 2012 - 2013 school year. He has called the ICC home since freshman year, when he began serving on the Brandeis Chinese Culture Connection (BC3) e-board as the freshman liaison between BC3 and the ICC. As a second generation Chinese-American, he loves the ICC's role as "a home of mutual learning," and seeks to embody that ideal wherever he goes.
