  • ICC does not provide tables and chairs for events. They must be ordered through the Conference and Events Office. Classroom/Seminar set up for MPR. Please inquire.
  • Arrangements/Set-Up/Equipment: Do not block any doors with furniture. Swig Lounge Audio/Visual equipment must be ordered through LTS. Audio/Visual Equipment for the MPR is available. Please inquire.

Reserving Space in the ICC


Brandeis University Intercultural Center Reservation Form:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. Filling out this form does not constitute confirmation. Please do not publicize this event until your request has been approved by the director and you receive a confirmation.

2. The maximum booking allotment is 4 hours. You may book up to 3 dates at a time. The ICC Director reserves the right to make exceptions.

3. A chargeline OR a refundable $25 cash deposit is required for groups who wish to use the kitchen. Chargeline or deposit will be used only if clean-up is necessary after your event.

4. *If you do not have a set-up or cleaning crew, a service charge is required for ICC staff to set up and/or clean up your event. Charges are as follows:

  • For weekday business hours including Mon. & Fri. 9am - 7pm, Tues. - Thurs. 9am - 11pm, set up/clean up service charge is $10.50/hour, 4 hour minimum.
  • For weekend or after hours, set up/clean up charge is $18.50/hour, 4 hour minimum.

5. In cases where keys are signed out and issued, keys should remain in the sole possession of responsible person signing contract and returned within 24 hours after the event. Under no circumstance should anyone else be designated. Such a change requires the approval of the Director or Department Coordinator. Lost keys may result in a service charge and/or loss of certain privileges.
