The Usdan Student Center
The student center has been a hub of student activity since the 1970s. Recent renovation reflects the changing needs of the Student Body while veteran occupants continue to provide services in demand. The Departments of Residence Life, Student Financial Services and the Hiatt Career Center accompany a host of other departments and offices located in building to provide students a new “One-Stop” area. On the lower level of Usdan, the mailroom is a full US Post Office and the copy center offers the University community a great service. The Campus Center Team operates in Usdan as well to provide the community excellent customer service from the Information Booth on the entry level.
To be a true student center the building can not be all work and no play. The Usdan Student Center is home to Usdan Game Room, which offers a fantastic array of recreation games and event programming space. The Game Room is a great compliment to the other traditional event programming spaces such as Levin Ballroom and the International Lounge. These spaces are hosts to a vast array of showcases including Liquid Latex, Shabbat Services, Culture X, Swing Dances and various speakers. Food is always a popular draw to Usdan with the Usdan Boulevard and Lower Café offering an eclectic choice of foods.
