Off Campus Trip:  Boston featuring Boston Duck Tours

Take a break from Waltham to enjoy a day out in Boston! Friends and family will have the opportunity to explore the city on their own and enjoy numerous sites within walking distance, such as the New England Aquarium, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, and the Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park. At 1 p.m. and 1:20 p.m., a ConDUCKtor of a Boston Duck Tour bus will be waiting to send you off cruising through a narrated tour of our beloved historical city. Enjoy riding past sites such as the Museum of Science, Boston Common, the State House, and the Old North Church. With a big splash of excitement, our ConDUCKtor will drive the Duck bus right into the Charles River for a breathtaking view of the Boston and Cambridge skylines. This is an introDUCKtion to Boston you won’t want to miss!

Tickets available NOW through Brandeis Tickets. Adult: $48 Adults; Brandeis Student: $46; Children 3-12: $42. (If buying tickets online, add the number of tickets you'd like to your cart and then select the appropriate discount from the dropdown box.) All pre-ordered tickets may be picked-up when you check-in at the Fall Fest registration table in the Shapiro Campus Center.

Academic presentations allow faculty, staff, and departments the chance to deliver presentations on a wide variety of topics based on your interests. So if you are you looking for a fun and engaging experience, make sure to attend one or all of our academic presentations! Presentation topics will be listed here prior to the weekend so please visit us again for more information.

Brandeis Alumni Achievement Awards
Faculty Club

Human rights and social justice activist Roy DeBerry ’70, MA’78, PhD’79, and Susan Weidman Schneider ’65, a founding mother of the pioneering Jewish feminist magazine Lilith, will receive Alumni Achievement Awards during a campus celebration with Interim President Lisa Lynch. The award represents the highest form of university recognition bestowed exclusively on alumni. Read more  about Roy and Susan. List of past winners can be found here.

SCRAM JAM Late Night Lamplight
Rose Art Museum

SCRAM JAM is an annual party hosted by the Student Committee for the Rose Art Museum and will be held outside of the Rose Art Museum. Students are invited to tour the museum or dance and eat in the famous Light of Reason installation. Students over the age of 21 will have access to a free beer garden where they will find craft beers from a variety of local brewers.

Come see HTP's As You Like It! set in modern-day Boston, this comedy has it all: Romance! Betrayal! Exploration of gender expression! After her uncle forcefully takes over the family business, Rosalind escapes to Western Mass disguised as a man. Can she test Orlando's love for her and reunite with her father?
