Update your Google Site and Sign Your Club's Anti-Hazing Form NOW!

Please review your club's information on www.brandeis.edu/clubs Every year club leaders are asked to complete an Anti-Hazing Form as well as provide the Department of Student Activities with updated club leader information. You can do both in one simple online form! Please complete this Club Google Site Update and Anti-Hazing Acknowledgment Form 2017-2018 so your most up-to-date club info will be reflected on your club's Google Site and to acknowledge your compliance with hazing law. Only one representative per club needs to complete the form. Any club that does not complete this form by mid-September will, as in past years, run the risk of being de-recognized and de-chartered by the Student Union. If you have any questions about the Anti-Hazing Form or Google Sites, please feel free to contact Katie McNamara (kmcnamara@brandeis.edu), Senior Department Coordinator.

Club Involvement and Leadership Programs

Student Activities hosts Involvement Fairs and Club Leaders' Conferences at the beginning of the each semester to help club leaders with recruitment, club management, and event planning. The Involvement Fairs offer great opportunities to recruit new members and spread the word about the active clubs and organizations on campus. The Club Leaders' Conferences bring club leaders together and provide them with the tools and information necessary to manage club operations and to plan successful programs and events at Brandeis.

Winter Involvement Fair

Sunday, January 14, 2018
1 p.m.3 p.m.
Shapiro Campus Center

The Winter Involvement Fair provides clubs and organizations with a chance to collectively recruit for members, as well as showcase leadership opportunities. It's a great way for mid-year and transfer students to learn about the club life at Brandeis. It has also become a fun social occasion for returning students to come together after winter break. Plus, it helps the Brandeis community to be more aware of the many resources within the Shapiro Campus Center because we use rooms throughout the building to host table space for each registered club and most clubs with office space within the building hold open office hours.

Table registration was announced via the Club Leader Listserve on Tuesday, December 5, as well on the website and Facebook. Registration ended at 5 p.m. on Thurday, January 4 and all spaces have been filled.

If you did not receive the email announcement, please be sure you are on the Club Leader Listserve (https://lists.brandeis.edu/wws).
