Q. Are there overnight accommodations on campus?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have on-campus housing facilities available for families during the weekend. However, here are a few options in the Waltham area. Click here.
Q. Where is the closet hotel to campus?
A. Newton Marriott is the closet option for you. It is about a mile and a half walk from campus. Within the Fall Fest program, we do offer guided walks from campus back to the hotel on Friday night.
Q. Where can we eat in the Waltham Area?
A. Waltham has some nice restaurants. Many are located along Main St and Moody St. Here is a partial listing:
· Bison County: Moody Street, Waltham. Very good Tex-Mex food.
· Iguana Cantina: Moody Street, Waltham. Good Mexican food. Excellent margaritas
· Erawan: Moody Street, Waltham. Very good Thai food, nice atmosphere.
· Bombay Mahal: Moody Street, Waltham. Fine Indian cuisine.
· New House: Main Street, Waltham. Good Chinese place. Discount with Brandeis ID
· Solea: Main Street, Waltham. Spanish Tapas, very good food and sangria.

Q. Does Brandeis provide transportation to and from campus?
A. No, however there are many options for you and your family.

Q. When does everything start and end?
A. Fall Fest Weekend starts Thursday October 30 and runs though Monday November 3rd. A majority of the events take place Friday and Saturday.
