The Department of Student Activities is a key contact in the event planning process. They can be resources to you regarding budgeting, where to go and who to see on campus, publicity ideas, and questions regarding campus policies.

The Conference and Events Office handles most facility reservations on campus. They can also help your group arrange food and beverage services, audio visual equipment, and any other services needed for an event (police officers, custodians, etc.)

The department can help with regards to all security aspects of an event. They can arrange for police details, private security and metal detectors when necessary.
