Summer Housing
The deadline to submit summer housing applications has passed. However, if you have recently learned that you will be working on campus for the summer, we will still accept your application.You must be sponsored by a Brandeis department in order to receive summer housing. Housing will be in the Mods. You can sign up for summer housing by submitting the Summer Housing Application. More information regarding summer housing can be found here.
If you are going to be a student in the Summer School and you wish to have on-campus housing, you must make your arrangements with the Summer School. Information regarding Summer School housing can be found here.

Closing Information
Spring semester closing dates are as follows:
May 10: Residence halls close for first-years, sophomores, and juniors at noon.
May 19: Residnce halls close for seniors and graduate students at noon.
All underclassmen should plan on departing campus by the closing date or 24 hours after their last exam. If you need to stay past the date of closing, please fill out a Stay Past Closing Request form available on the forms section of our website.
Wait List
If you did not receive housing during the room selection, you should receive a wait list number. If you have yet to receive a wait list number or if you wish to sign up for the wait list, please contact us at reslife@brandeis.edu. A wait list sign up form is also available here.
We will begin offering housing to students on the housing wait list after May 1.

Quad Director Title Change
After reviewing best practices in the field of higher education and our peer institutions, as well as the scope of what our current Quad Director position description entail, the Department of Residence Life will be changing the Quad Director (QD) title to Community Development Coordinator (CDC) for the 2008-2009 academic year. This name change will go into effect on June 1, 2008.
