The University Board on Student Conduct is a student-faculty panel that hears cases of alleged violations of University policy. The University Appeals Board on Student Conduct, described in Section 20, is a student-faculty panel that reviews appeals of decisions made by the UBSC or by administrative action. It is the role of this Board to determine whether there is sufficient grounds for an appeal, and, if so, to completely rehear the case.
