General Registration Forms
Registration for Summer 2009 is now open!
Online enrollment through SAGE is open to:
- Current Brandeis Undergraduate and Graduate students in good financial standing
- Brandeis Alumni and Former Brandeis students
- Returning visitors and employees
- Adult learners
- Undergraduate and Graduate students from other college and universities

For all others, online enrollment in SAGE is not available. Your enrollment will require paper forms which may be found on the links below. This includes:
General Summer School Forms
For your convenience, you may download the appropriate registration forms available online in PDF format. Please print the form and submit it along with your payment for summer courses by check made payable to "Brandeis University".
If you would prefer to pay by credit card, please submit your registration form and indicate you would like to pay by credit card. You will be contacted with the steps to pay your summer balance online once your registration is processed. NOTE: There is a 2%-4% service charge on enrollments paid by credit card. Our online credit card processing company accepts MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. They do not accept Visa.
Summer Parking Permit Form/PDF
Current Brandeis Students who already have a Parking Permit on their vehicle from the 2008-2009 Academic Year do not need to fill out this form for a Summer Parking Permit, your Academic Year Permit remains in effect until Fall Term 2009. Summer Parking Permits are free but students should note that select parking lots are designated student parking areas and all parking rules and regulations are in effect throughout the summer. Infraction of parking rules will result in ticketing and charges to your academic year account. You should also note that outstanding parking fines from the academic year may result in a financial hold on your registration in the Summer School Program.

For students choosing to live on campus in Summer School Housing. Students living in Summer School Housing are required to take a meal plan with the exception of students doing a summer internship through Brandeis.

Students who are not living on campus but want the convenience of a meal plan may sign up using this form.
Health Insurance Coverage Form/PDF - COMING SOON!
Students taking 12 credits or more are required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to inform the University about your health insurance coverage. If you do not have health insurance coverage you will be required to purchase insurance to cover your summer term.

High School students are not permitted to live in Summer School housing. High School students are welcome to participate in our summer program as commuting students.
