Parking and E-Mail

Parking

Daytime parking requires a parking permit. A permit is not required after 5 p.m.

Brandeis students with parking permits for the 2012-2013 academic year may continue to park in your assigned parking area through summer 2013 with the same permit.

If you are a new student or do not already have a parking permit, please complete the Parking Permit Application.

Temporary summer parking permits are free and valid for the T-Theater, G-Athletics, J-Charles River and X-South Residence parking lots (displayed on the campus map).

You may pick up your temporary parking permit in the Summer School Office on the first day of class. We will open at 8 a.m. on the first day of each session (June 3, 2013 for Session I and Extended Session and July 8, 2013 for Session II). Please do not wait to pick up your permit. We will not be able to waive any parking tickets.

Please review the university's parking and traffic regulations. Vehicles parked in areas without marked spaces, in areas reserved for handicap access, without appropriate permits, or in fire lanes, are subject to ticketing and/or towing.

E-mail

To begin the registration process, visiting students must first create a student record in SAGE to get your User ID and Password. This information is also required to create a UNet account for email access. Please note that this email account will be deleted after the summer term, and any saved emails will be lost. We recommend that visiting summer students use a non-Brandeis email account as your primary email address.

Email accounts for current Brandeis students are still active during the summer, regardless of whether you are taking summer class.
