END OF SUMMER INFORMATION: Brandeis Summer School: Grades, Transferring Classes, and Transcripts

GRADES
Summer instructors should have posted their grades online in SAGE by Monday, August 17th (some Summer Internship courses including INT 92g may post grades later). However, many instructors already have final grades entered into SAGE right now. To view your grades, login at https://sage.brandeis.edu Once you have logged in select “Academics” (the blue hyperlink on the left) and then on the next screen, from the column on the right select “Grades”.

VISITING SUMMER STUDENTS
If you were a visiting summer student and would like a transcript sent to your home college or university login to SAGE and select “Academics” (the blue hyperlink on the left) and then on the next screen, on the right select “Request Official Transcript”. Then fill in the information on where you would like your transcript sent. IMPORTANT: Please do not request a Transcript until your grades have been recorded – otherwise a blank transcript might be sent!

CURRENT BRANDEIS STUDENTS
If you are a current Brandeis student, your 2009 summer courses reside in a separate “Summer” record. In order for a summer class to count toward credits for graduation, GPA, or University Requirements, you must move the summer class from your Summer record onto your regular undergraduate Brandeis record.

To transfer your selected summer classes onto your regular record, you must fill out a form for the Brandeis Registrar. This form can be found as a PDF on the Registrar’s website at:

The completed Summer Transfer Credit Form must be submitted directly to the Registrar’s Office.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!: 4/1/2009 - Online course registration is now available for Brandeis Students through SAGE. Instructions on how Brandeis students may register in SAGE may be found here. Non-Brandeis students should begin by creating a student record and then, once they have a SAGE ID and Password, they may register in SAGE.

Summer Session I: June 1 - July 3, 2009
Summer Session II: July 6 - August 7, 2009
Extended Summer Session: June 1 - August 7, 2009
Hebrew Language Summer Institute: June 1 - June 26, 2009

CLASS CANCELATION: 7/2/2008 - The following Summer Session II classes have been canceled due to low/no enrollments: COSI 33B; COSI 65A; NPSY 11B; and SOC 130A. Any students enrolled at the time of cancelation have been notified.
