Vice President for Enrollment Development

Carolina Figueroa is vice president for enrollment development at Brandeis, supervising the offices of admissions, student financial services, high school programs, and the global youth summit.
Prior to joining Brandeis in 2012, Figueroa was Associate Dean of Enrollment Development and Admissions at George Mason University. In that role, she led the George Mason University operations and technology teams for enrollment development and helped implement the technology governance infrastructure for the university. Prior to this role, Figueroa served for 4 years as Senior Enterprise Resource Systems Developer at George Washington University. She also served as a financial systems product manager at American Management Systems.
Carolina received her undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her graduate degree in Management of Information Systems from George Washington University.
