Please note that tickets for events that are free with Brandeis ID cannot be ordered online. Please visit the box office in person or call to make a reservation.

Welcome to Brandeis Tickets

Brandeis Tickets is a centralized on-campus box office operated by Brandeis staff and students. We provide ticket services for Student Activities, Brandeis Concert Series, Department of Theater Arts, Intercultural Center, Campus Activities Board, Undergraduate Theatre Collective, and various university clubs and organizations and academic departments, as well as special events performed at Brandeis University.

The Daytime Box Office is located in the Shapiro Campus Center Atrium.

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa for advance ticket sales and door sales at Shapiro Campus Center and Spingold Theater Center box offices. However, we often accept only cash and checks for door sales at other performance venues; correct change is appreciated. Please call for additional information.

Door sales for performances begin one hour before the event (unless otherwise noted), generally at the performance venue, and are for the current performance only.

All telephone and Internet ticket orders will be held at Will-Call. Will-call ticket pick-up generally begins one hour before the event begins. The location varies according to the venue of the event.

Online Ticketing

Online Ticketing is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Online ticketing remains available for each event until two hours prior to curtain. If the event you are looking for is no longer listed online, please call Brandeis Tickets for information about ticket availability. Tickets for Brandeis-only events are not available online. There is a $2 per ticket handling fee for online and telephone sales. All Internet ticket orders will be held at Will-Call.

Ticket Discounts

Discounts are available to the Brandeis Concert Series and Brandeis Theater Company for Brandeis community, including faculty, staff, emeriti, alumni, BNC, BOLLI, HSL, and for students (undergraduate and graduate).

Discounts are also available to non-Brandeis students (undergraduate and graduate), senior citizens, and groups of 10 or more.  Please call (781) 736-3395 for group information; group discounts are not available online.


Discounted Tickets to Boston Attractions

Thanks to a partnership with the Student Service Bureau, discounted tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis at Brandeis Tickets AND Student Activities. Both locations accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa. Please present your student ID at time of purchase. All sales are final.

When the box office is closed, discount tickets may be purchased upstairs at the Department of Student Activities, Room 203, Mondays–Fridays, 9 a.m.–noon and 1 p.m.–5 p.m. Closed weekends and university holidays.
