Door sales and will-call ticket pick-up begin one hour before the event begins. The location varies according to the venue of event/performance.
Ticket Discounts
Discounts are available to the Brandeis Concert Season and Brandeis Theater Company for Brandeis community, including faculty, staff, emeriti, alumni, BNC, BOLLI, HSL, and students.
Discounts are also available to non-Brandeis students, senior citizens, and groups of 10 or more. Please call (781) 736-3395 for group information; group discounts are not available online.

Welcome to Brandeis Tickets
Brandeis Tickets is a centralized on-campus box office operated by Brandeis staff and students. We provide ticket services for Student Activities, the Brandeis Concert Season, Brandeis Theater Company, Student Events, Undergraduate Theatre Collective, and various university clubs and organizations, as well as special events performed at Brandeis University.
The Daytime Box Office is located in the Shapiro Campus Center Atrium. Door sales and will-call locations vary according to the venue of the event.

New Undergraduate Student Orientation
Boston Harbor Cruise
Sunday, September 2, 2:00-5:00 p.m.
Tickets for the Boston Harbor Cruise go on sale on August 6 and can be purchased online and by phone at (781) 736-3400 (MasterCard and Visa accepted). There is a $2 per ticket handling fee for Internet and phone sales. Tickets purchased online and phone can be picked-up at Brandeis Tickets in the Shapiro Campus Center atrium August 27-31. In-person sales will also be available August 27-31. There is no handling fee for in-person sales (cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa accepted).
Only new undergraduate students may purchase Boston Harbor Cruise tickets. Please present your Brandeis ID to pick-up or purchase your ticket. Limit one per ID. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Brandeis Theater Company
at Spingold Theater Center
Brandeis Theater Company has completed their 2011-2012 season and will announce their 2012-13 season soon. Subscription sales for next season begin August 6. Single tickets go on sale September 17.

The Brandeis Concert Season has completed their ticketed concerts for the season. However, they still have free student concerts and student recitals through the end of the semester. Subscription sales for next season begin August 6. Single tickets go on sale August 27.

Undergraduate Theatre Collective
at the Carl J. Shapiro Theater in the Shapiro Campus Center
The Undergraduate Theatre Collective has completed their 2011-2012 Season. The 2012-2013 Season will be announced in September.
Online Ticketing
Online Ticketing is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Online ticketing remains available for each event until three hours prior to curtain. If the event you are looking for is no longer listed online, please call Brandeis Tickets for information about ticket availability. No events are available online from May through early August.
Ticketing Information
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa for advance ticket sales and door sales at Shapiro Campus Center and Spingold Theater Center box offices. However, we accept only cash and checks for door sales at all other performance venues; correct change is appreciated.
Door sales for all performances begin one hour before curtain, generally at the performance venue, and are for the current performance only. However, door sales for events held at Gosman and Shapiro Gym are done at the box office in Shapiro Campus Center.
