Ticket Discounts
Discounts are available to the Brandeis Concert Season and Brandeis Theater Company for Brandeis community, including faculty, staff, emeriti, alumni, BNC, BOLLI, HSL, and students.
Discounts are also available to non-Brandeis students, senior citizens, and groups of 10 or more. Please call (781) 736-3395 for group information; group discounts are not available online.

Ticket Policies
Credit card sales and online ticketing are done through a secure server. A service charge of $2.00 per ticket/pass applies to all tickets and season passes purchased by phone and online.
There are no refunds. If you cannot use your tickets, please make them available to a friend or donate them by calling Brandeis Tickets no later than 24 hours in advance of the performance. You may exchange your tickets by phone or in person for another performance of the same production with at least 24 hours notice of the performance for which you have tickets; there is a $2.00 per ticket exchange fee and upgrade fees may also apply.
All telephone and Internet ticket orders will be held at Will-Call. Please present photo ID to pick-up your Will-Call tickets. You may also pick up held tickets at our Daytime Box Office during regular business hours.
If purchasing a Concert Flex Pass, please be sure to call Brandeis Tickets to reserve your seats for individual performances. Seating cannot be guaranteed without a reservation and reservations using the pass cannot be done online.
Online ticketing is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Online ticketing remains available for each event two to four hours prior to curtain. If the event you are looking for is no longer listed online, please call Brandeis Tickets for information about ticket availability.
Season Subscriptions
Season subscriptions for the Brandeis Theater Company and Brandeis Concert Season are not currently available online. To purchase or renew a subscription or to reserve seats for a performance using a Flex Pass, please call Brandeis Tickets.
Discounts
Discounts for the Brandeis University community, Circle of Friends (BTC only), and other special discounts are available by phone, in person, and online. For online discounts, select the appropriate discount from the pricing list for each ticket on the Order Summary page before checking out. Discounted tickets will be held at the box office and validated when picked up the night of performance. Group discounts are not available online.
Assisted Listening Devices
The Mainstage and Laurie theaters are equipped with assisted listening systems; please see a member of the house staff if you require a device.
Babes in Arms
For the enjoyment of our patrons, the Brandeis Theater Company and Brandeis Concert Season do not allow children under the age of 5 to attend performances. For special family events, such as The Nutcracker, all children must have a ticket for a seat, regardless of age.
