Peer Resources
Fellow students can be some of your most valuable sources of information, guidance and support.
The Academic Services team partners with you to build a balanced schedule, access peer resources for group study and advising, guide you with connecting to faculty, and provide access to resources on campus to help you achieve academic success. We are also available to brainstorm and provide feedback on your academic plans.
Welcome New Students! We look forward to working with you as you begin your academic journey at Brandeis. Webinars and advising appointments will be available in June and leading up to course registration in July. Academic Services regular business hours are : 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Schedule an Appointment
Students beginning in fall 2026 should visit our Advising for New Students and Advising for Transfer Students pages for details on how to meet with an advisor.
Scheduled appointments are intended for current students (sophomore-senior):
- Advising Appointments: Advising appointments are available for current undergraduate students. If your assigned academic advisor is not available, you are encouraged to meet with another available advisor.
- 30-minute appointments- At this time, you can find scheduling links by advisor on our website. Please indicate your preference for meeting via Zoom, in person, or by phone when scheduling. *Note: these appointments are not available during the first two weeks of the semester. Please book a 20-minute appointment at the link below during the first two weeks of the semester.
- 20-minute advising appointments with staff and peer advisors are available via our google calendar. These appointments are for meeting via Zoom or phone.
- Appointment Scheduling Support: If you are having difficulty signing up for a meeting or would like to sign up for an appointment beyond the online sign-up window, please contact Academic Services. We are available by phone at 781-736-3470 and by email at acserv@brandeis.edu.
- Ask Advising: Advisors and Roosevelt Fellows are available via tabling at various times during the semester with no appointment necessary! Check our Facebook or Instagram pages for the most up to date schedule.
Notes for Students on Appointments
- Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Students are welcome to meet with any available advisor.
- Appointments may be in person, phone or Zoom as indicated. Please check the calendar invite or call the office to clarify.
- Please check the time zone settings on your Google calendar. All meetings will take place in ET.
- Students may book only one (1) appointment slot per day.
- If you cannot make your appointment please call the office at 781-736-3470 so that the slot can be used for another student in need of one.
