If you are stuck on a specific step during the connection process, please tell us which step and describe the problem in as much detail as you can.

If you need to upgrade your Macintosh or IBM-Compatible computer (Step One) or you have a Macintosh Desktop without an Ethernet port or AAUI port (Step Two), you will need to contact the Repair Shop at 781-736-4801.
