You are invited to join fellow alumni, members of the Wien family, and current Wien Scholars on April 11-13, 2008, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lawrence and Mae Wien's founding of the pioneering Wien International Scholarship Program.

2-6:30 p.m. – Registration, Shapiro Campus Center

Meet up with fellow Wien Scholars and receive an updated schedule of weekend events and locations.

2:30-4 p.m.Campus Tours, Leaving from Shapiro Campus Center

Curious about the many changes that have taken place on campus since you were a student? Take a walking tour with a student guide and learn about life at Brandeis today.

4-5 p.m.Meet and Greet with Current Students and Faculty, Rapaporte Treasure Hall, Goldfarb Library

Join current Wien Scholars and Brandeis faculty members for a reception. It’s a great opportunity to see your favorite professors, meet today’s Wien Scholars, and catch up with your fellow alumni.

6-10 p.m. – Cocktails and Opening Night Dinner, Levin Ballroom, Usdan Student Center

Jean Eddy, senior vice president for students and enrollment, and Nancy Winship, P '10, senior vice president of institutional advancement, will welcome you back to Brandeis and update you on the University today.

11:30 a.m. – Panel Discussion with Current Wien Scholars, Shapiro Campus Center Theater

How has the Wien program changed since you were a student? What is life like at Brandeis now for today’s Wien Scholars? Join us for this panel discussion, which will be moderated by David Elwell, director of the International Students and Scholars Office.

1 p.m. – Lunch with Current Wien Scholars, Sherman Function Hall, Hassenfeld Conference Center

2-4 p.m. – Panel Discussion with Former Wien Scholars, Shapiro Campus Center Theater
