CHADD is a national organization that provides support and information for parents of children with AD(H)D and for adults with AD(H)D.

General Disability and Higher Education

AHEAD sponsors numerous workshops, publications, and conferences for professionals in the field of higher-education disability.

The CEC is an international professional organization committed to improving educational outcomes for individuals with disabilities.

Learning Disabilities

The IDA is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to the study and treatment of learning disabilities and dyslexia.

The LDA is a nonprofit volunteer organization that shares information about the nature of the disabilities and about the rights of individuals who have learning disabilities.

NCLD provides information on learning disabilities, resources and referrals to schools, clinics, camps and support groups.

Learning Ally is an educational lending library of academic and professional textbooks in CD and electronic text format.  Students with print disabilities can request alternate text format for texts and order associated technology.

Psychological Disabilities

The ADAA promotes the prevention and cure of anxiety disorders and works to improve the lives of those who have them.

The DBSA is a nonprofit organization aimed at helping people with depressive spectrum illnesses and their families.

The IOCDF is an international nonprofit composed of people with OCD and related disorders, their families and other concerned individuals.
