Conference and Events Services
Conference and Events is available for coordinating events that take place on campus, ranging from a small department meeting to commencement. They provide catering, table rentals, etc.
Copy Center Requests
The Copy Center provides, copying, binding, laminating, scanning, page numbering and other printing services, and is often used for print jobs that are too large or complicated for your office or building printer. Start by completing the online requisition form.
Counseling Center Referrals
The Brandeis Counseling Center provides counseling to Brandeis undergraduates and graduate students. You should refer to them if you or a faculty member have concerns about a student.

Each year, the university honors two outstanding Brandeis staff members with employee recognition awards.
Facilities Work Orders
Facilities takes care of general building and grounds, upkeep and repairs, custodial services, pest control, snow removal, HVAC and recycling. Begin here to submit a work order for repair or service in your area.
We recommend that you run your financial reports at least monthly in order to manage your department/program spending, and that you routinely reconcile the reports against your own expense tracking system. Complete the online form to request access to the financial web reports.

Brandeis mail lists are used to send email to a group of subscribers with similar interests.
Marketplace+ enables users to purchase goods and services online. All arts and sciences academic administrators should obtain a Marketplace+ account. The procurement and business services office holds frequent training sessions.
The payroll office processes payroll for all university faculty, staff and students; prepares and distributes annual tax reporting documents, e.g., W-2 and 1042S; and manages the university's Time Collection System.

Procurement and Business Services
The procurement and business services office supports all departments in the acquisition of products and services at the lowest total cost of ownership.
Departments hosting public lectures may be eligible to receive funding, such as for a visiting speaker, author, artist or any other related costs.
In addition to managing Sage, the registrar’s office also manages course scheduling and registration for the university. Academic administrators should contact the assistant registrar for training in this area.
SAGE is the academic records system for students, faculty and staff. Academic administrators should contact the assistant registrar to request access and training.

Sponsored Programs Accounting is responsible for managing the financial aspects of external grants and ensuring compliance with sponsor regulations.
Student Financial Services
Student financial services oversees the university's student financial aid operation and is the office through which student workers are hired. Forms and helpful information can be found on the SFS website.
The digital communications team in the Office of Communications provides hands-on training in the use of Cascade Server, Brandeis' web content management system.
