Student Production Services
Student Production Services (SPS) can provide audio/visual equipment for your event free of charge for student clubs/orgs. Visit the SPS website to request them for your next event.
Media Technology Services
Audio/visual equipment can also be provided by Media Technology Services at a discounted rate for student organizations, provided that the renting group picks up and sets up the equipment themselves. Please contact University Events for more information on renting equipment and for rates and information regarding equipment rentals for students.
