Health and Safety for Commencement and [Re]Commencement

Dear Members of the Brandeis Community,

The National Weather Service is forecasting extreme heat in the Boston area for this coming weekend (May 21 and 22) which will impact our Commencement and [Re]Commencement Exercises. It is important to note that the Gosman Field House, where the main Commencement ceremony takes place, does not have air conditioning. While our Facilities Services team will be doing everything possible to keep air circulating and as cool as possible before and during ceremonies, you should anticipate that buildings will be quite warm.
