Elijah Isaiah Warren was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest city of Seattle. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science and psychology from Seattle Pacific University, where he held various student leadership positions, including resident adviser, diversity trainer and student body vice president of intercultural affairs.
After graduating, he worked at Franklin High School, where he assisted juniors and seniors to navigate the college-application process, and at a national nonprofit, where he helped connect young adults with educational and career opportunities.
Elijah currently is enrolled in the international law, human rights and conflict resolution program at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis. He believes it’s important to work collectively and actively to move American policies and laws toward more equitable ways of creating educational and career opportunities for underserved populations.
