Retirement Savings Plan and Website Overview

Representatives from both Fidelity Investments and TIAA will review the Brandeis Retirement Planning Website. They will walk you through how to make changes to your account including: how to enroll, change deferral elections, change vendor elections and explore the tools and resources available.

Additional ITS Help Desk Service Locations
Library Circulation Area, Goldfarb Commons

The ITS Help Desk has opened an additional front-facing community service location in Goldfarb Library, at the Information Technology Services Front Desk.

The ITS Front Desk, operating from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., is located at the Library Circulation area in Goldfarb Commons. Staffed by senior specialists, the Front Desk is a place to seek quick consultative services on IT-related issues. Primary points of support will include recent campus-wide initiatives such as Duo two-factor authentication. In the coming weeks, the Front Desk will serve as the primary support location for the campus move to Workday.  If extensive or more time-intensive support is needed, clients will be directed to the full-service ITS Help Desk and Computer Repair Center located at Level 1 of the Goldfarb Main Library.
