Dr. Ros is an Adjunct Professor at the Brandeis International Business School and a Principal at the Brattle Group. His expertise is in regulatory and antitrust economics with an emphasis on network industries such as aviation, energy, postal and telecommunications. He has consulted and published on mergers, competition and price regulation in telecommunications and energy. He has worked of hundreds of antitrust and regulatory proceedings and has submitted dozens of expert reports and testimonies before antitrust and regulatory agencies around the world. Dr. Ros is an expert in econometric analysis and has published econometric research in The Energy Journal, Review of Industrial Organization, Journal of Regulatory Economics, Review of Network Economics, Telecommunications Policy and Info.
