Profile

Luz Flores Lee, MS, is a dynamic Individual with a strong process focus who has demonstrated the capability to drive business results. She's a proven leader and facilitator that can bring cross-functional, diverse groups of people together to achieve success. Luz has a BE in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MS in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, with a minor in Statistics. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt. Luz is also a professional coach through a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF) program.
