Profile

Ann is a design strategist who partners with organizations to create new customer experiences at the intersection of human needs, technical innovation, and organizational capability.

Ann has led design and innovation initiatives in financial services, health care, hospitality, CPG, and AI-driven service design. She has deep expertise in designing qualitative and quantitative research that articulates human needs and points to solutions for messy business problems.

Ann is the founder of Bird, a coaching platform for endurance athletes (Bird.coach). Ann also teaches Service Design at the Institute of Design and Innovation at Brandeis University.
